South Haven Area Attractions
- Mitten Children’s Museum – 246 Broadway St. – Geared towards children ages 1-12. Website: https://www.forevercuriousmuseum.org/
- Michigan Maritime Museum – 260 Dyckman Ave. – Provides great information about the maritime history of the Great Lakes. They offer many different on-water experiences as well. Website: https://www.michiganmaritimemuseum.org/
- Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum – 903 Bailey Ave. – Homestead and grounds available for exploring and offers different programs at different times of the year. Website: https://www.libertyhydebailey.org/
- Kids Corner – 82 Monroe St. – Awesome playground and park, close to the beach.
- Kal-Haven Trail – Trailhead is off of Bailey Ave just north of Wells St. – Great trail for hiking or biking.
- Lake Arvesta Farms – 06464 Arvesta Drive – Activities available include a 4-lake Aqua Park with floating obstacles, cable wakeboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking, pickleball, putt-putt and disc golf. Website: https://www.lakearvestafarms.com/
- Fruit picking – Blueberry season is typically late summer. Riverbend Farms and DeGrandchamp Farms are both very close to South Haven and may offer a variety of fruit picking opportunities depending on the season. Bumbleberry Acres is also very close to the house and has lots of other fun activities in addition to blueberry picking.
